a step by step guide to Shipping us your blooms
We accept bouquets for preservation from across the United States! If you are located outside of Nebraska and cannot drop off your bouquet locally (Omaha, NE) follow these instructions to mail your bouquet to us.
1. keep them fresh
Prior to boxing up your flowers to send them to us, keep them in a vase with clean water in a cool, dark area.
Ps. the fridge is great for this but never put your flowers in the freezer!
Once it is time to ship us your blooms, wrap the stems with a wet paper towel and rubber band a ziplock bag over that to hold the moisture in.
2. Box them up
Find a box that is large enough to fit your flowers snugly but doesn't crush them (crushing=bruised petals).
Pack your bouquet with tissue paper or paper packing of some kind around it. DO NOT use plastic packing of any kind or plastic bags (plastic doesn't allow the flowers to breathe and can cause mold).
3. Leave us a note
Be sure to include a slip of paper in the box with your name on it along with your wedding date.
4. Mail them
Ship your blooms with whatever carrier you prefer. It can be pricy to overnight your bouquet but the sooner we get your flowers, the better the results. (UPS or USPS is our fav)

5. SLide in our dms
Send us a message or an email with your packages tracking number. We will let you know as soon as your flowers arrive.
