When should I book?

We accept flowers from any occasion! We can preserve flowers from memorials, anniversaries, any landmark event in your life.

Is it ever too soon to book?

No! We are happy to take bookings for any future date even if that is in 2026 and beyond!

Can I cancel my booking?

Orders can be cancelled up until the week before your wedding date and receive a full refund. After that orders cannot be cancelled and refunds will not be issued.

What happens if I need to change my order details after booking?

Just send us an email at cydnie@petalcollectiveomaha.com and we will get that taken care of.

Color Enhancement

Do you color offer color enhancement?

Yes! Color enhancement is included with all orders.

Why do you color enhance all flowers?

We believe your blooms should never fade and specialize in a natural-appearing color enhancement style.

What is color enhancement?

Think of it like eyeshadow but for flowers. We apply a lightweight, chalk-like art medium to your flowers that is sealed with a matte finish.

Does color enhancement cost extra?

No! It is included with all preservation orders.

Your Blooms

Do you only accept wedding flowers?

We accept flowers from any occasion! We can preserve flowers from memorials, anniversaries, any landmark event in your life.

How soon do you need my flowers?

Within 8 days preferably!

Can I send extra flowers?

Yes! You can send us as many flowers as you would like and we will press and preserve as many as we need to complete the pieces on your order.

How do I take care of my blooms before sending them to you?

Keep them in a vase with fresh water and out of super hot or freezing temperatures!

Can I drop off my blooms instead of shipping them?

Yes! Our drop off point is located in Omaha Nebraska (millard area).

Your Frame

What makes your frames special?

Our frames are hand made by a framer that is located in Omaha, Nebraska. Our frames are made with miter joints at the corners making them stronger than a standard frame.

Does the glass in your frames protect against UV light?

All of our frames come with conservation glass which helps limit UV light coming through. Any frame can be upgraded to museum glass which reduces glare and blocks UV light.

Can I add items like invitations, photos, or vows to my frame?

Yes! Just mail them to us and give us a heads up and we will create mock ups including them.

Can I change which frame I want after ordering?

Yes! You cannot reduce the size of your frame because we do not issue refunds but you can always increase the size of your frame or swap out finishes, shapes, and styles.
